Sorrell Kinley

I'm a Senior Lecturer working in the Faculty of Humanities and Education at the University of Northampton after teaching in primary schools for nearly 30 years. I work mainly on the BA QTS Primary course and teach on the Art Education modules across Initial Teacher Training.

As well as teaching about the practical and critical aspects of art, I have maintained a personal interest in printmaking and have exhibiting locally and internationally and notably at the RA Summer Exhibition. More recently I have experimented with different techniques as well as returned to 'old favourites' which you can view here.

My workshop and gallery space in our Coach House have opened up new possibilities and I have also been gifted a larger Bewick and Wilson etching press so I am looking forward to devoting more time to my own work.
